Hey all! This is the official new home of Venue Diary.

I’ve always been a bit of a music geek, having been to hundreds of shows, concerts and festivals before even graduating high school. I’ve had a chance to visit a ton of different venues and have always taken interest in the elements that make venues great, along with the musicians they bring in.

For this reason, friends and family have been asking me for years about what to expect when they go see their favourite bands and now I’m here to share those thoughts.

This blog is not meant to be a “review”. I’m not going to give star-ratings, thumbs up or down, or any of that garbage. I am simply here to share my thoughts, share some facts and hopefully provide you with a bit of knowledge of the venue you’re headed off to for a night of killer music.
